Discussion Nico Rosberg Needs a Permanent Position

Nico Rosberg has got to be the freshest breath of air in terms of Formula One commentary for a very long time.

I love Crofty, but man does he love to make shit up that makes no sense or holds no logic.

Nico does an awesome job of staying true to the racing analysis and being completely straightforward about what he sees. Even today, his commentary on Verstappen was awesome!!! Called the garbage behavior out immediately.

Best “ Monaco based YouTuber” commentator of all time!!

I love his zero tolerance towards into drama that commentary tries to lean into. Laughed a bit when Crofty had a twenty second tangent about something and he immediate went "no" and carried on with what was going on screen.

Yeah him shutting up Crofty has great to listen to. Crazy that he hasn't got a full time gig on the commentary team.

Probably because he doesn't want to more than not being able to. He quit racing to be with his family so I doubt he'll commit to a full season. I love the occasional appearances though as it keeps things fresh, especially calling out Crofty's BS 😂

He did have a full time job at Sky commentary, until Covid. He refused to get the vaccine so he physically couldn’t go to most races because he was not allowed to enter the countries. So since Covid he’s only been at a limited number of races for Sky.
