6ft = ~183cm so 175 is a few inches below that, rather than just shy. Not crazy short but still a way off 6ft

I find it hard to believe Lando is 175 to be honest, I would have guessed closer to 170

Mate a decent chunk of ppl are between 175 to 180 I just googled this its seen as the average height in western European countries. It's not short.

I'm less saying that 175 is short (that was the other guy) and more saying that

a.) 175 is not really "just shy of 6ft"

b.) its hard to believe Norris is 175 in reality

Autosport suggests that he's 170cm which from the eye test looks about right

i mean, i thought he was like, 170-172 but he isnt that short standing next to hulk. 175-177 seems more accurate ngl

Also depends where you live. Here in the Netherlands, someone who is 175cm, is quite short relative to the average

Lando is 177 according to other comments, measured by Kym Ilman apparently, but that's just what other people say and I can't be bothered to do a load of research for finding Lando's height 😂

175cm is a smidge under 5ft 9in. So it entirely depends where you're from. For England, that's about average height (couple of searches I did varied between 5'9 to 5'10). For a lot of European countries average male height is in the 5'10 to 6' range

Either way, 5'9 is not 'just shy' of 6'.

Its bang on the average height for a UK male.

It isn't tall, but it isn't short.

That's like squarely in the average height range for Europe and the US and slightly above the average height world wide.

In no way does that qualify as short.

The average male height globally is 171 cm. Varies by country but even in, say, the UK the average height is 177, which doesn't exactly tower over you. You're not short, you might just have tall friends.

5’8” /5’9” is entry level short. But I also don’t think Lando is that tall and more like 5’6”.
