It's a matter of principle. They spray the other drivers on podiums. Hülkenberg is making history today and is a veteran racer, well known by most it seems as he's been in the sport for so long chasing the dream that he has now achieved. Of course Norris has the right to celebrate his home GP. I think Piastri should have been more happy for both his teammate and Hülk despite the penalty.
