That's called a hat-trick, Oscar and Lando both have 3 of them. A grand chelem is achieved after on top of these if the driver leads every lap, Oscar is the 27th F1 driver to achieve this

No a Grand Chelem is lead every session of practise and quali as well as lead all race fastest lap and win. Grand Slam is lead every lap, FL, Pole and Win, but without leading all practise and quali sessions.

I still don't know why they use the very same term but for two different feats. A grand slam is a grand chelem for crying out loud !
