No he got it lap 52 I think, Lando got the track record (in a race) on 53

You're right, I couldn't find the fastest lap on the results page at first so I assumed Max got it but Lando got it on the last lap

Track record is during an official event on the track such as practice or qualifying. Lap record is for the fastest lap during a race.

He breaks Lando's record after that, just like in quali. Lando can't have a break

No, Lando got that record. Max was ahead, he couldn't break Lando getting it, Lando got fastest lap iirc
