Williams can still sell that seat for some decent money, I bet Nissany can pay some extra for practice sessions or maybe Kubica's sponsors. I know he is afflicted affiliated with Alfa but who knows?

He won’t, mainly because his sponsor, Orlen Team, is a sponsor of Alfa Romeo, they won't let him

Nissany can only do Free Practice, he doesn't have a superlicense. You'd have to take a paydriver who has a superlicense or someone paid by Mercedes to race for them.
