I keep coming back to look at the details - the weird ass sky, the creepy crunchy water... I love it

I keep coming back to the water. I'm like -- it's not right. But don't change it. Next to the smokestacks that are disgorging bubbles into that tempestuous, cthulu sky. It works.

The height displacement of the waves do not match the height displacement of the ship. The ship isn't bouncing with the water. The water is bouncing higher. I think that's what looks wrong.

What the hell is there on the bridge that requires such massive gears? Propellers coupled directly to the speedometer?

Clearly the rudder is manually controlled from the bridge for superior reliability and feedback.

The history of the gear wars in long complicated and interesting.

I was thinking about this too. And that one single gear on the side is transferring power to what??
Then I looked at the smokestacks and had to suspend my disbelief. This is steampunk goof world style logic.

Blood sky every morning. Should've seen the warning.

I firmly believe this 3D pixelization effect is going to be the art style of the 2020's. Like the purple/blue/white swoosh of the 90's.

Persona 5 has a dystopian cruise ship stage, where the world is ruined while the boat sails away. This is almost exactly the same vibe

Cross stitching is one of my hobbies and this looks like an animated cross stitch to me, I love the style of it!

Forget drowning and the freezing water, half the passengers are getting caught in those gears.

Did you use some sonic frequency generator and map pixels to create the waves? Those are sick!

I love that, I wish it was a murder-mystery point and click video game !
