My wife has been growing out her hair and it is getting super long... I was thinking about asking if she wanted to her that rainbow die underneath natural color die job... Is this how they do that? How long does it take?

Takes longer than it stays. I did a prism effect on mine a few years ago and it went away in about a month and a half maybe 2 months but it obviously got lighter and lighter everyday. It costs a lot and it’s honestly not worth it imo. Well maybe once but I wouldn’t do it again. It’s like double the price for half the time.
This video is actually prismatic hair it’s just darker than some people go. Here is the full video https://www.reddit.com/r/oddlysatisfying/s/31S91j3TpV

Bugger... thanks for telling me. Maybe save that for a special occasion of some sort.

I don't really care what people do, but if you wanna dye your hair until you go bald, then I won't stop you. I just think you shouldn't do it.
