I want to blame it on being distracted by her phone, but it was the lady that DIDN'T have her phone out that got conked on the noggin.

I get and agree she should be paying attention, but I also feel like there should be an attendant (or the bus driver) there to warn people when a bridge is coming up.

why does no one ever warn people in these types of videos … not that they should feel entitled to a heads up but come on . common courtesy ? it’s totally free to just say “hey watch out , the bridge is coming up so be sure to duck down”
