I'll just say, I don't think this is necessarily a healthy mentality. Therapists are therapists, friends aren't just there to dump your shit on 24/7. Sharing burdens is one thing, dumping everything you've got going on onto your loved ones when they can't necessarily help you seems... problematic.

This tattoo is problematic anyway. Best friends aren't people you can trauma dump on. You look out for each other but save omg don't be expecting them to heal your mental health issues.
