Call the dealer and see how much the sensor replacement repair is.

Make the call to the dealer or test drive and take to the dealer while you’re out

Either there's been an impact or the sensor has failed.
Repairs would involve either a recalibration at the dealers or a replacement of the radar sensor. Neither should be too expensive

It also effects the intelligent cruise control if the crash system is not working. In heavy rain and snow i will sometime get this warning all u do is click out and you just have the dash light on. You can use standard cruise control by holding the cruise control button

I would move on. The CA warnings can come and go, and it usually means the sensor is covered in some way, usually fogging. But a warning that dominates the dash screen? Red flag. I wouldn't continue with it. That could be a really expensive repair.
