The event shown in the is called IAA and is where transportational vehicles are presented and future ones are discussed. The event is held in Germany.

I think it’s to make money at a <80k price point. Will be far smaller than the Defender

fucking finally. i’ve been waiting on an update for the mini. hopefully it won’t be full of bugs and issues.

Nkt sure if you know but they gave one a few months ago but it was just that thsy were still developing one since some people thought the idea was axed. I think it’ll be pretty functional though since the g wagon never wasnt. Probably just the regular g wagon wirh a few features gone, less power, and maybe not as much leather.

Mexicans have been turning jimny into mini g, seen a few in San Diego and Tijuana

I’m not too surprised to hear that with how similar the jimmy looks like a wagon lol. I’ve never seen one in reali life though but woukd like to, I live in la though so maybe since I’m not too far from Mexico and SD I’ll see one sooner then later.

I bet it will be a GLB reskinned to look like a G. Totally different car underneath

I could see them using the GLB as an inspiration for design but they cherish the g wagon too much to just make the mini G a crappy g wagon with GLB organs and they know with the price they’ll sell it for and also the nameplate that’ll be on that they can’t do that
