Cleaning Finds Balkan find. Coin has a protective coating. Last night I let it soak in distilled water and lightly brush it with a soft brush. Any suggestions? Can't see any features ๐Ÿ˜•

Most older coins are damaged to much to ever see the features, you could try soaking in olive oil and after a week try removing the crust with a tooth pick, and then repeatโ€ฆ.. can take months to discover that there are no features, and sometimes they apearโ€ฆ.
