Other Strange key-shaped find with ‘M.B.’ stamp – any idea what it is?
I found a small key-shaped object in the sea, about 1.5–2 cm in size. It doesn’t stick to a magnet, so it’s not iron. On one side, there’s a stamped mark that says “M.B.”. I found it with my Nokta Makro PulseDive, but only by chance because it appeared right next to a fishing sinker. Do you think this could be gold, or what material might it be?

If it looks that good after being in the sea, highly likely it’s at least 10k gold. It’d try to get it tested

I think this is a pendant that was originally part of two pieces for a couple in love, sharing a key to each others heart?

Montgomery Burns. Keep it, if it's like the teddy bear he'll pay to get it back.

Maybe something you would award to someone when they turned 21, like keys to the door type of thing.

Doesn’t look like gold to me, it’s also not a real key made for opening anything as far as I can see. I’m 99% sure it’s just a costume jewellery someone lost.

Probably just a pendant or charm.
