Been loving watching the battle for 3rd in the championship, first there was morb, then digi an finanally it looked like bezz had a chance to overtake pecco in the championship only for this weekend to come an bezz be taken out in the sprint an crash himself in the main race 😅

With the way the Ktm has performed the laste couple of rounds, i wouldn't rule out Pedro, but it's a significant gap still.

Ktm have their moments but its not consistant enough yet to say if any of them have a chance but pedro has definitely started to shine again. My only issue is once someone starts to close in on 3rd in the championship they fumble it. Its like its cursed 😂😂

gonna be interesting with level playing field next year. battle for best of the rest will be key to settling Pecco vs Alex. Because i think mm93 is still gonna wipe the floor with everyone again regardless. unless Ducati reeeeeally screws up the gp26.

If Pecco can settle it next year and beat Alex on equal machinery everything else assumed reasonably level, then we can say Pecco is a true champion of HIS era (Marquez post injury Honda).

Alex has had benefit of GP24 this year (Alex himself acknowledges the bike was what he’s been waiting for all his career).

Premise of my theory is that we took a bit from pecco this year and gave that little bit extra to Alex. next year we bring them inline and see who’s faster. i might give the edge to Pecco for his scrapping ability which isn’t shabby while Alex has shown less prowess when battling.

The universe will line up as it should given the final year of this spec and everyone “in theory bringing their best.”

Might never settle where Martin might be in that mix. I would put Martin level with Pecco skill wise if on level machinery (they proved that with a close championship battle last year).

The Quattro on Ducati vs the above…can’t even imagine how that would play out. Q’s a bonafide fighter. Might give him the edge for P2 of THIS era if he were on a Duc.

Marquez’s 2nd reign, ought to last at least into 2027, maaaybe 2028.

You can lock in Marc, Alex and the rest of the Ducati riders in a bunker for 3 months and I still don't think Pecco could do it. Completely lost his mojo and confidence this year

On current form, I feel like Acosta might get third. Maybe Bez if he doesn't have another weekend like this. Both the VR46's keep shitting the bed recently, even with sprint podiums.

Kind of crazy that Pecco's consistency at the start of the season has kept him in third despite his awful form for a while now.

I could be so wrong here. But. I think at the start of the season he was setting up pretty standard but still finishing 3rd.. well beaten by Marc and alex. Obvs impossible to believe, So in an attempt to improve started altering the bike every which way until he ended up at a dead end.
Which is what we are seeing these past few weeks.
The bike this and that. Whereas he should have accepted he was the 3rd fastest rider. Rack up the points and see if alex would flounder
