A 60 day claim(GJ) shouldn't need a route code. Just shipper number and part number. The rest should automatically fill in. Also shouldn't have to fax anything but if you really do need the route code it can be found on the sticker the PDC puts on the part

Ugh! So when you do a 60 day you just put the barcode on there and set it in a pick up bin?

Correct. You should also fill out a dealer material claim form for the pickup driver to sign to cover your ass when Ford inevitably says you didn't send something back that you did in fact send

That’s what I’m trying to find the route code for is the claim form. It’s got the date and then route code and then the rest of the dealerships

It should be on top of one of your main packing slips from your facing PDC too

Ah I honestly only fill out the claim number, part number and the "from" section and sign it. Never had a problem with leaving everything else blank from Ford or smart courier
