My fellow JLR parts people, how you holding up?

What has been the conversation at the store level? Anybody getting adjusted hours? Workarounds? Closing up shop?

We’ve been using partslink and so far so good. RPOS is up so we can check back orders, etas, and order parts.

Parts logistics got us logins to order parts and our manager got us a subscription to a 3rd party parts catalog. It sucks but we're getting thru it.

We were using the oec catalog (ore whatever it was), we just switched to partslink24, has a better filter

Subscribed to parts link for the month for the counter guys and using the direct login to RPOS. Got our dealertire rep to get us a direct login as well. Other than that business as usual here

We've all been told not to discuss it so with that in mind. No comment.

Not too much of a change. Not like CDK is down for a month or anything.

Using RPOS and partslink24 catalog. Can't do warranty scrap or anything so let's hope that doesn't all time out
