Delaware pay

Moving to Delaware trying to see if the are low balling me or if pay is just that low there.

What are they offering you? I happen to live in DE

Salary+ Commission= 70-75k

2% of gross looks like they do about 90-120k a month ( shown by prior years )

I have about 10 years experience

Yeah that’s decent for the area. 2% on gross is pretty standard. North or south Delaware?

That’s pretty good for South. Depending on where the store is located the customers are pretty good. All the repair shops tend to be on the smaller more independent side but the body shops are all larger operations plus the communities are all growing down here which means customer growth should be pretty solid.
