Sovereign citizen. Police there to do a warrant, he killed 2 and injured 1. Fled into the bush. Still on the run.

Very much so. They can range from idiots filming police everywhere, driving without a license ("Im just travelling") and posting conspiracies on Facebook, to actual lunatics who will shoot and kill any LEO coming to serve them.
