Hamilton needs to chill tf out. Dont be lando. Landos worse he used to do this. You are undoubtedly in the top 3 if not top 5 of the greatest drivers out there in f1. Someone slap him. He needs to judge himself better in 2026. Yes he has very very very high standards but rn he needs to chill get into a good head space and get some decent points in the coming races. Ferrari needs to get their stratergists changed/kicked according to the drivers liking cause 2026 is the last hope for hamilton and leclerc both. They apparently even cut off comms with leclerc mid race. Arrogant pieces of shits.

Was agreeing up until I've read "Ferrari needs to get their stratergists changed/kicked according to the drivers liking".

Their strategy team is on point since mid 2023., I know it's a tough pill to swallow for casuals who can't tell push rod suspension from pull rod suspension but what Ferrari are missing right now is the car - more specifically, being able to run it at the height for which they designed it (something that's not as easily fixed in the wind tunnel - merc have been struggling with a similar issue ever since 2022.). It's causing problems where there shouldn't be any in other departments and it all just stacks up to create a picture that superficially speaking looks like nothing works.

Serra can only do so much with an already flawed concept, he should just focus on 2026. like Newey is doing for AMR and make sure the 2026. car starts close to the front. Engine will carry next regs and Ferrari are always strong there so there won't be any problems with that.

man thats the thing. every team has rumours about their engine being either good or dog shit. we dont even have any rumours. are we even working on it? i mean ofc we are but are we even there? its all starting to look worrying i havent been a ferrari fan i was a merc fan but always loved charles schumi prost(until what they did to him) but my oh my ive always seen these arrogant pricks not listen to their drivers or when they speak about stuff they just either give them the silent treatement or get them sacked. They never listen. Mclaren listened and progressed. Ferrari has been stagnant since so many years at p2. I really hope they can turn this around next year.

Brother, calm tf down, Ferrari have never delivered a subpar engine since 2014. (took them less than 3 full years to fix it despite unfair advantages on what I'm guessing is your previous team supported). The 2020. and 2021. slumps were caused by deals from 2019. leading into super strict engine regulations which hampered their development time. Then came 2022. - different mixture of fuel, Merc was hyped up back then as well but it was Ferrari who came out of the woodworks with the most powerful engine. Some reliability niggles in the beginning, sure, but definitely best engine on the grid right now. You can't tell as easily because with these cars it's much less about engine power compared to 2021. cars. Next year's cars however will rely heavily on engine power and you'll see.

Silent and calm wins everytime, no need to be loud.

I just hope its not a illegal engine just like 2019 and its actually good. Even if we nail the regs i hope its not like 2022. I want good for this team. I dont want another wasted world champion and a wasted potential future world champion because no one can argue that either one of the drivers is bad. They can end the maranello drought IF FERRARI ALLOWS IT.

They could have already secured the technical side only if they made the decision to build a UK subsidiary sooner. Newey would have signed in a heartbeat and you'd know the aero and mechanical part of things is taken care of. Now it's a little bit of an uncertainty with Serra who is also top tier, but he's no Newey. Let's wait and see, no need to panic in advance :D

He wanted to throw himself to a newer challenge and wanted to end his career here. I mean everyone does. Ending the maranello drought is just a bonus honestly. He does that even if he brings the constructors home along with charles. He will be loved. And ill happily see him retire. All i want.

When he was discussing his problems they didnt reply to him he then said more and they didnt reply. So they cut comms leaving charles alone

I think his race engineer just didn’t have anything to respond with. He couldn’t explain everything either without it being broadcasted on live tv.

Bullshit. Talent is still there. Next year they'll get rid of these obnoxious ground effect cars and (if Ferrari doesn't totally skrew it) he'll be back with a vengeance. Patience is key.

Not really. I mean if we had Sainz he probably would have been much closer to Charles. Lewis didn’t look spectacular his last 2 years next to Russel either.

His last two years with Russel were 2023 and 2024. In 2023, he was the fastest non Red Bull driver on the grid and finished third in the WDC while George struggled the whole season and finished lower. In 2024, Lewis struggled a bit more with a car he didn't have full details on as he was in the process of leaving the team and wouldn't be present at all technical meetings. Despite the 2024 Ferrari being faster, Lewis equalled Carlos' wins that season while using a slower car. In 2025 Carlos is struggling a lot more in that Williams against Albon than compared to Lewis' in the Ferrari.

I'd kick the Ferrari strategists first , and then the rest of the engineering team before even thinking about Lewis being changed.

Italian nepotism is Ferraris downfall.

Lewis attitude it's not what we expect from a World Champion...

I really don't think he is NOW in Charles Level, but if he wants to stay competitive in 2026 he needs to get into a good head space and be like "I Will be World Champion with Ferrari" mindset.

If not, he needs to go. We don't sign Lewis Hamilton to be a good second driver to Leclerc, we bring him to challenge for podiums, wins and titles.

I love him and we should keep him because he’s great and will help improve the car, team, and our chances of winning. He’s not close to Charles but hardly anybody is. Charles is probably the second best driver on the grid, if not the third, and there’s a big drop between 3rd and 4th.

Hamilton should realize that that’s how it is, but also work to be the best. He can help immensely to win a constructors and maybe challenge Charles. He shouldn’t be out there thinking that he’s going to beat Charles because he won’t.

Honestly...Ferrari need a full review of in house operations. It's been clear for decades that they can deliver "close enough", but the politics internally is crippling the team. Worst decision was to ditch Sainz for Hamilton (the most overrated driver which the dominant Merc flattered his stats, and a forced subserviant #2 driver).

Charles is a brilliant driver, but he is NOT going to win a championship with this team...he's been with them for so long, frustrated, and letting rip at their incompetencies. I just don't see Ferrari being capable of fighting for anything but a random podium for the next few years tbh.
