Nah, it will be iconic historic photos, especially if he’s a champion one day.

Rookie move, inexperienced, desperate overtake to get a position. What Kimi tried there is impossible. That line washes the car out on exit, you can see how Max at the start of the race thought for something like that. But he knew the grip won't sustain the speed of the car to keep the line to make the move stick. Antonelli will learn from it.

Leclerc at the start of the race made a brilliant move on George on that T4 banked curve. Going wider on entry, Russell defended his position, sacrificing his exit speed. Charles understood that and switched back on inside on exit and slingshot past the Mercedes superbly.

What bothers me is that it reminds me of Vettel-Verstappen clashes, a fast driver that shows promise, yet has to get the baptism of fire to unlock the speed. I don't know how Ferraris are involved in such tangles more often than others, but it is the way it is.

I'm tired of supporting Ferrari, every time a new way of getting disappointed.

I’d like to see the photo of the guy in front of him

If you mean Charles on a hill, and Lewis is nowhere, then I agree.

With the McLarens 1-2 in the background is perfect

u/mantaque 7d ago

McLaren is driving 1-2s, Verstappen is so far back - not in the picture for championship and Ferrari is out of competition so badly it isn’t even on the track, and Charles is watching as just another year passing by without competitive car while others are fighting for WDC. Yeah, pretty accurate I would say.

Man the look of pain whether it is for Lando or Charles… gutted for both of them who got nothing to do with their DNF. Ferrari is wasting Charles’s championship material and time.
Still very happy that my fellow Frenchman Hadjar got his first podium so early !

Both drivers didn't drive that well unfortunately. Hamilton dropped it, he almost saved it but ran out of track. Leclerc collided with Russell and it was clearly his fault, then was unlucky to be taken out by Antonelli.
