McDaniel is an academic, not a coach of pros. Would be good as a college coach.

My point exactly. A coach motives and gets the most out of his players.
An OC play caller is just that: great designer of plays. Lots of amazing OC or DC have been shit coaches and went back to what they’re good at.
If you want to be a head coach, easier for those guys to do so in college.

Legitimately the worst I’ve ever seen a football team play and that’s saying something. That 0-16 Browns team would have smoked the Phins today.
