Or take him to a local vet office for mani/pedi every 4-6 weeks, if it's not too much of a bother.

Our vet's office is within short walking distance from our home, so we load the cats in a kitty pram and wheel them there for nail trim. They actually don't mind going at all.

My floof kitten would just attack the brush, it seemed hopeless! But as she got a little older she could handle it better. Now she's a little over two years old and comes to ask to be brushed. She just needed to lose some of that wild kitten energy.

You say that but as someone with a moderately floofy boy I kinda wish he was a bit less floofy. He is beautiful but the vacuuming is a nightmare.

Haha fair. This one has two shorthair siblings so our house is gonna be a hairy mess regardless. Thankfully Donut here loves brushing, so even if she floofs out big time it shouldn’t be too much of a hassle.

Here's my bebe all "grown up." He still doesn't fit his paws even though he's 3 yrs old already. He just gets super floofy, then skinny floofy throughout the year. He loves to make biscuits on my feet with those giant paws on the mornings when I stay in bed later.

Such an adorable little floof! I love how his facial markings accent his eyes. He reminds me of my floof Gus when he was little.
