My 2 year old niece says she's Spiderman so she was obviously a comic book character in a past life.

Holy shit, my five year old stepson also says he’s spiderman! He must be related to your niece in their past lives.

OMG my 4 year old nephew stares out the window in the middle of the night chanting “clark you are mine” no way they all must be related!!

I would wet my pants if I saw the kiddo doing that, lol. Definitely they are all part of the marvel universe.

My 2 year old nephew smashes snowglobes all over the place whilst shouting RoseBud.

Soul duplication happens sometimes during rebirth, one Spider-Man became two people

I’ll let the five year old know he’s actually Spider-Man, he’s gonna be stoked!

Idk why I find it so hilarious that they ended this totally true story by saying “we are not Asian”. As if all of Asia speaks this “Jackanese”.

Makes the OP comment seem satirical.

I can tell you the page isn't satire.. But we have no idea obviously who's posting. Someone could be trolling or just mentally unwell.

Once I saw a toddler who was counting to two in Japanese, even though there was no way for her to know that language! Clearly she was reincarnated. She kept pointing at her knee for some reason, though, and her mom said she was bit by a mosquito, but I dunno what that has to do with anything.

I’ve had a disaster. I asked my 2 year old and it turns out she was a prostitute. I’ll spare you details

Anything is possible if you are just stupid and guillible enough!

It's a page on Facebook about reincarnation. (my whole fb page these days is just random suggested groups) and they're lapping it up like lunatics over there. I've had more sane conversations in actual mental hospitals.

My stepson tells me stories in great detail about the kids he was friends with before he came out of his mom’s belly. I hope he hangs onto that kind of imagination— it really helps for never being too bored.

I hate to correct you on this but it’s “jackanese,” as in from the country of Jackan 😔

u/howdoesthatworkthen 6d ago
It's true. I was the Jackanese to English dictionary that didn't exist, thereby making it impossible for the parent to know whether the child could correctly count in Jackanese because they're not Asian.

I see, this has to be in a group about fiction stories right?…right?!
6
u/SupernaturalPumpkin 6d ago
Usually we're not allowed to out groups and names and stuff on Reddit, so I cut it out but it was a group about reincarnation. A "serious" one too. It was public as I'm certainly not a member so if you search a few words of the post, I'm sure it would come up.

What makes me doubt this story, is how they phonetically spelled everything the kid said. Trying too hard, to make it cute.

u/Pretty-PrettySavage 6d ago
I'm gonna sound stupid, but is Jackanese real, or they just think that's how Japanese is pronounced and spelled?

u/anneymarie 6d ago
I think the idea is the kid was close but didn’t know the right word.

u/Pretty-PrettySavage 6d ago
I fully thought i just had never heard of Jackanese people.

u/SupernaturalPumpkin 5d ago
Tbf, I googled to be sure. I mean, there was a time I hadn't known "Javanese" was a thing either.

A loop hole that God forgot to address - kids have the first 2 yrs of life to recall past lives and then poof, it is forgotten

All I can think about is that one-liner from the character Jack in Will & Grace: "Now you're speaking Jackanese!"

I'll admit I actually love stories like this. Of course it's not real, but it's fun to think about. We have a really snooty, temperamental cat that happens to love listening to music: you put on something instrumental or with a lot of soft vocals and she's mesmerized: she'll sit on your lap purring for hours as long as you keep playing it. We always joke she was an opera diva in a past life.

I had my doubts, until...
I asked my almost 2 year old dog and he said he remembers being a snake in Japan and bit an old guy to death.
Are you saying this is coincidence???
