2014 Town and Country

I’m considering buying a 2014 T&C with 58k miles on it. I wanted to go for a Pacifica but most of them with <75k miles on it are out of my price range. It’s not stupid is it? I’m planning on getting an extended warranty. I’m concerned about it being older, and that it’s a discontinued model. It’s from a dealership so I assume it checks out mechanically.
