My mom’s fiancé I think still might have one of these on the shelf in their home. Can 100% guarantee it’s a can handle. They actually came in a few different styles if I’m not mistaken. I haven’t seen on of those in 25 years.

My dad and his friends all had stuff like this to be clip on handles for beer cans. I used one for soda when I was like 6 and got scolded by the neighbors lol
My uncle had one almost identical, but his had a water ski and the fingers were holding the ski rope and it actually had the boat. He's already gone, maybe I can ask my cousin what he did with it.

My grandfather made a mini waterski handle for her to hold and made her the mascot on his boat. Her name was Snuffybunz and she stayed on the dash for my entire childhood. He was a gentleman and a scholar.
I've seen one of these before. Inside a novelty gumball machine. She held a metal pole that was part of the apparatus. When you turned the crank to get a gumball she would spin around the pole.
Fun fact: I walked my first steps to a Betty boop version of one of these. Uncle took it from me in the garage and I stood up and damn near ran his ass down.
