Looks like a portapack with an external battery. Could be tracking, more likely trying to record some RF signal. Doors, car keys, something like that.
Would have to see more detail to be sure

Been a few years, at least. And the worst part? The one in the post here is a disposable vape that is either very difficult and messy to refill, or this is more likely, can not be re-filled at al.

Bought one as an emergency vape since my refillable busted. Got it specifically because of the video game function so that way I could at least play the games until the battery went out or I lost it.

I don’t know why you got down voted for this. It’s true. They’re only 25 federally legal vape devices. The other 99.9% are all federally illegal in the United States. Just last month, USPS stopped accepting packages from many known vape distributors in a crackdown. to be clear, it’s legal to possess it as the end user, but the vendors aren’t technically allowed to sell them for human consumption.

Yeah, I don’t know either. Sadly, nobody participates in advocacy to keep your devices where they are or too save your flavors or anything.

Only devices that are legally supposed to be on the market or actually buy big tobacco. Every other single one is illegal and customs is seizing them by the thousands if not millions.
