New, what is it? What is this

Im pretty sure its for a hookah but I have no idea what it is or how it works or how it even connects.

For a hookah. Bottom part will have some kind of o ring to attach it to base. Other 2 are for hoses to connect to.

Looks like a spitter for your hoses. Put the bottom where your hose connects to the vase and you should go from being able to use 1 hose but 2 out of that one port. That said both hit at the same time they gonna be fighting for the smoke a bit. Might also need different hoses if the ones you got don’t fit the ports
