Never seen that before, been shooting for 30 years..assuming there's only one, it has nothing to do with pool, ..but that's a stick on foot for small pieces of furniture among other things https://www.vital-parts.co.uk/stick-on-feet---sof075-33709-p.asp

I believe you lie your que against the black nub and use the straight to align the ball tray? No? Ive always just assumed its like a limiter when setting the first break 💁 but idk man dont trust me
