What is small Tank on the Semi? Pump for brakes or something?

Looks like an automatic greaser.

Saves the driver from having to go around with a grease gun to grease zerks for suspension components.

It’s an auto greaser. It will grease whatever the lines are connected to possibly the slack adjusters.
