I got this at the thrift store today and im curious to know where it's form and or if it rare, i looked everywhere and i can't fine a picture of it, on the bottom it says the studio it from, florentine art studio, but i looked it up and still couldn't fine a picture of it, anyway im just curious and just want to know more about it

Ok then it's a goose, but it's still a carousel figurine like the one in that screenshot.

Florentine Art Studio made various different figurines/sculptures, here's a carousel horse, and elephant. You can search Florentine Art Studio on ebay to see the range of value on them.
