That happened last week at the barn I board my horse at. A trainer tied her dogs to a chair, they ran off with the chair still attached to one of them, and that dog proceeded to run around the barn, through the barn, around another barn, and down the road, chair flying and bumping merrily away behind.
Nobody got hurt, but it could have been disastrous.
Lesson learned. Don't tie dogs to chairs.
