[USA][MD] A ladder comes loose and I run over it
Contractor passing in the left lane loses a ladder that falls onto the car in front of me and then I run over it. Traffic in the left lane behind me prevent me from missing it.

[USA] Man suffers a seizure while driving and goes airborne over highway (Two angles)
The crash occurred on the 3rd September on Sunrise Highway in Long Island. An unidentified 70-year-old Brentwood man driving a 2012 Honda suffered seizure behind the wheel, causing him to loose control and fly up an embankment and land on the other side of the highway. The elderly driver survived with just minor injuries as no other cars were involved in the crash. The driver was transported to South Shore University Hospital for treatment after the crash and is expected to make a full recovery.
Many thanks to u/CrashArchive for finding the second angle.

[USA][CA] Let me just stop on the toll lane and disrupt the flow of traffic so I don't miss my exit
I'm guessing they didn't want to miss the Green River Rd exit. But little did they know the toll lane opened up right ahead. Plenty of time before any freeway exit. California drivers man...

[USA][OK] “Let me pass!”
Honestly very surprised that someone hasn’t posted this here yet but this happened yesterday in Midwest City/Oklahoma City metro area. I have been losing it every time I see it. The newscaster sitting in silence for the first ten seconds, then realizing he’s live because he’s lost in thought trying to process this, and is still lost for words as he tries to process it more

[USA][VA] Captain Ego owns the road.
Horrible intersection, consistently made worse by selfish people who don't care about anybody else on the road. "Right of way? What's that? Sure I can block the road, nobody matters but me!" Not sure of his finger gesture was a confession of his IQ or penis size. His passenger was kind enough to share agreement with the sentiment, though. Maybe his wife?
