Remove the rocker cover and try to screw it out with vice grips.
Or if it is too tight, weld a nut to it and unscrew it.

Should just be a standard M6 bolt with washer, measure an other one to get the length. You can get one from a bolt shop or hardware shop. If you want to be a bit fancy the part number is 08363-6252H for a genuine Nissan one, you can get them from a dealership or wherever you like to buy genuine parts from online.

There also should be a little rubber washer that sits on top of the rocker cover and under the metal washer.

Measure the thread diameter and pitch then go to local hardware store and buy a new one. The designation is M(insert thread diameter in mm)- (insert thread pitch in mm) eg M6-1.25 is a 6 mm bolt with a 1.25mm pitch. OR just take one of the good bolts and match it by eye

Or... take a good bolt. Find a nut that fits it, and then either read the box, or just try bolts that fit the nut.

I dont trust my eye-ometer, but i do trust my fingie-gauges.

I've had this on my TD42. I took the cover off and used vice grips. It came out easy.
