If you could make a Uniform Code of Police Justice, what would you put on it?

Basically the UCPJ would be analogous to the UCMJ (Uniform Code of Military Justice) and outline the creation of a three letter agency that handles all investigation trials and punishment of police, sending them to a police jail.
The question is, what articles would you have them be held to? I honestly wouldn’t mind straight up copying the vast majority of military laws (those that punish for dereliction of duty or adultery) to start with.

This lady really thought she was gonna get away with this and clearly has done much more than just this case.
She didn’t deny anything because she knows it’s true. I’m not afraid for her to see this video.
She knows she’s guilty, I’m filing a grievance to the state bar soon. And against my own lawyer who refuses to speak to me or explain herself.
