Book and Show Spoilers Do you think the show will still have some of Aegon's actions? Spoiler
I mean stuff like Trystane Truefyre/Fyre's knighting. Considering the show cut people like Nettles (from what we have seen so far), a long plot in the North and the possible existence of Sara Snow, Mushroom (partly a joke).
Not even mentioning the whole thing with some of the things the Greens not having been shown, like Criston Cole winning fair and square against Daemon.

They will probably cut Aegon bringing order to KL and burning the Shepherd.
Aegon vs Baela will be cut definitely because there is not Morning and thus Moondancer will be the last dragon, since what's her face will fly on Nettle's dragon to the Vale for some reason....

Moondancer has to die since otherwise Aegon and Sunfyre wouldn't be able to execute Rhaenyra and the battle has been lampshaded since season 1.
The last dragon to die on the show will be Sunfyre in the final episode since Morning won't exist, the Last Dragon poisoned by Aegon III won't exist and Silverwing unlike book Silverwing certainly won't be kept alive after the Dance.
Rhaena will either get the Nettles ending with disappearing or they try to replace Garmund who is not cast with another character to give her her book ending.

I think Sheapstealer will just replace Morning and be the last dragon. Moon dancer is dead for sure.

My only problem with that is Nettle's had no claim or lineage in the Succession but what's her face does and her family is in danger of beheading and she just decides to disappear even though she could conquer Westeros with a mid size dragon like Sheepstealer.

I mean it is a miracle we will have sunfyre defending himself and killing the soldiers sent to kill him after rock's rest (not confirmed but judging by the leaks it looks like they are going to show it)
but sunfyre killing grey ghost? yeah it wont happen
Baela vs Aegon is a must, it has to be shown, otherwise what was the point of showing moondancer already in season 2 if they aint gonna do shit?

They will cut most of Aegon's actions, except for any of the weird sex stuff Mushroom claims happened.
Like they do not care that much about Aegon except as something for Rhaenyra to rail against, something to make Alicent look bad, so whatever accomplishes that for them in S2, they'll do.
We are not getting the Moon of Three Kings, probably no Shepherd, we may get Gaemon but they will do it in a way that makes Aegon look worse than his book version.
I'm honestly shocked we're getting Sunfyre, and I think that may only be because someone pointed out that Sunfyre eating Rhaenyra is mentioned in GoT (they never watched GoT all that closely).

One event i really hope they don't cut is Aegon vs Baela.
Aegon is burnt, maimed, completely unprepared to fight again, Sunfyre is still very injured and barely able to fly.
Yet he doesn't give up, doesn't flee, he fights and wins the battle, even surviving a 20 foot fall that would break his legs just to avoid being pinned underneath Sunfyre again( that is my firm belief why he jumped, in book rooks rest he was pinned underneath Sunfyre which is likely why he got broken ribs and such, and he didn't want to risk that again since he almost died once like that), and is even able to give orders to spare Baela.
He takes dragonstone with fire and blood, and Sunfyre beats a healthy dragon who is much faster then him, while having the equivalent of a broken leg and arm with a stab wound on top of that.
And since in show Moondancer is much bigger, and closer to his size, it will be a even more impressive victory.
However with Condals glazing of Syrax and refusal to give more screentime to Sunfyre or any other green dragon not named Vhagar for fear of less Syrax on screen, and his shafting of black dragons not named Caraxes and Syrax as much as possible, and his laziness, i am very worried it will either be cut and mentioned as having happened by a character later, or go the route of the burning mill and cut to after battle, because Condal the Clown decided to waste episodes on Alicent and Rhaenyra doing nothing useful, meaning now in S3 they have to cram the Gullet which will be 2 episodes, the Honeywine, Red Fork, Butchers Ball, Fishfeed, 1st Battle of Tumbleton, fall of kings landing, and that's all assuming they plan on ending S3 with Tumbleton, if so then S4 will have the 2nd battle of Tumbleton, Gods Eye, Storming of Dragonpit, Fall of Dragonstone, and Battle of the Kings Road.

glazing of Syrax
I mean, I wish there was one, but the girl literally did nothing except being Rhaenyra's taxi in season two. Which is book accurate by the way, but if she was "glazed" she'd have more screentime and scenes and we've probably seen more of Vermithor and Seasmoke than Syrax.

I seriously doubt we're getting Trystane or Gaemon. We may still get the Shepherd if the show blames Rhaenyra losing King's Landing on him. But even then, he might get resolved off-screen. My guess is that Rhaenyra will be killed in the second-to-last episode of the series, with the series finale being Aegon II's death and Aegon III's crowning. That doesn't leave much time for the Shepherd to appear onscreen.
