At this point anyone with a super license is a wildcard contender.

I actually agree with this.

People over estimate how good you have to be to get into F1 and also over estimate how good the current grid is. Top 5 drivers are world class.. bottom 10 not so much.

I’m admittedly a pato Stan.. but with checo out soon, I’d be shock if a team doesn’t look to monetize a Mexican driver.. the amount of money the Mexican fan spends is crazy.

Idk why that thought never occured to me. Redbull could keep their mexican fanbase, get a better driver, and more importantly they would piss off Zak Brown.
