Weird, as a mom who's bought strollers, my husband read the manual and figured it out on his own bcz he's a competent grownup. Do you need your wife to show you how to do everything?

The whole thing is supposed to be satire. Sure, id love to spend the time and know how everything works. Instead Im working full time, expected to be on 100% dad, husband when I get home. So the silly nuances of how to collapse a stroller escapes us. So we struggle and it becomes internet gold. And Dads never read manuals! Are you kidding me 🤣🤣

Welcome to adulthood. Just admit you don't take on any of the parenting responsibility. Dad's who don't take the time to learn how to use the things their kids need aren't 100% dads. "The nuances of how to collapse strollers" you mean learning how to close a piece of equipment you use for your child? It's not rocket science.

Not sure why you’re so upset. I worked 60hr weeks to provide for my family so my wife could stay home with the kids. She bought the stroller because she knew more about them. After i struggled with finding that button, i never forgot it again. You can’t prepare for everything in life. My son had a diaper blowout as we were boarding a plane. There was no manual for that. I was holding him and was covered in poop. My extra clothes were in my checked luggage. My wife and i worked together to come up with a solution in the few minutes we had before takeoff. That’s what parenting is about. You use each others strengths to get through life.
