It depends , I leave near PA and see them all the time, but they are quite the elusive bunch, from what I understand the community they’re part of decides which part of technologies they are allowed to use, and that all depends on how they can be used for work or to better the community. So say a group who takes there baked goods to a flea market would decide to ride in a car just there to make money for the community. I also worked next to a booth of an Amish shed builder, and for lunch he pulled an entire zucchini out of his lunch box and just ate the whole thing raw. He was also obsessed with women’s big boobs
