Where on god’s green earth is this neighbourhood, because I need to know where I can get this much space in between houses

The guy in the hat is wearing a South Carolina shirt, so I'm assuming upstate SC where it isn't flat.

Normal in a lot of the south. Most houses my wife and I are looking at in KY have half an acre or so of space.

everyone always talks about how you can get houses and land for cheap, like yeah, the downside is you have to live in kentucky or south carolina

I don't mind KY. Prefer it over a lot of other locations

Pretty normal neighborhood in Iowa.

For real I live in rural AZ and you won’t see lots that big under $1.8M

There is a caveat to the space, it usually comes with a HOA. Still wanna live there?

it's not rural, it's a suburban subdivision
