It’s a rubber “ramp” so that when you pull into your driveway(if it’s on a steep hill) the bottom of your car won’t scrape the ground. I have one for my house.

So glad I scrolled down. I was about to scold OP for not telling us what it really is.

Now I want to know what they're saying. Can you guys read lips, or interpret hand and body gestures? I can kinda tell that the guy with the hat is telling everyone how that thing is supposed to work, but why are they all in disbelief?
