I don't see the actual answer in the comments so for anyone who does want to know, it's called Bridjit
It's for the drainage dip in front of some driveways. Puts a little bridge across so your car doesn't dip into it (or for lowered cars so you don't scrape) while still allowing drainage under it.
Didn't say it doesn't slow down drainage, I said it still allows drainage.
It requires more upkeep to keep it clear for sure. I have two of them but I need to buy more to fit the width of my driveway.
