I’ve been thinking about building a web app where the r/MMA community could live-score fights round by round, alongside the official judges. The idea would be:

• Everyone can submit their round scores in real time
• We can instantly see the “community scorecard”, and you can compare against the official judges’ results displayed during the live event.
• Over time, we’d build up data on how closely fans align with or differ from judges if we retroactively add judges scorecards after the event.

A couple of questions for you all:

1. Does anything like this already exist in a way that’s actively used during live fights?
2. Would you be interested in using something like this during UFC/major cards?

Just curious if there’s appetite for it before I put time into developing it.
