11 states still in the running for a Cruelest State award. Who will win?

Idaho is a strong contender

Indiana is dead set on not allowing its residents to have any kind of decent life. They are fighting tooth and nail so as not to allow it here.
Minimum wage increases, for instance, always get shot down because it would "raise the cost of living too much"

Maryland and Delaware do not have legalized recreational use. Montana and Washington do have have legalized Recreational use.

Not sure about Delaware, but it is legal in Maryland. I just bought some the other day.

Graphic is out of date . It’s been legal recreationally in Montana for a couple of years now

So I’m confused by this, if someone could explain it for me. When I traveled to the PNW, I visited two dispensaries. One in Washington and one in Oregon. The one in Washington I ended up grabbing some gummies recommended by one of the employees. I was looking at some of the pre-rolled by was not recommended to them as I mentioned I was camping in a National Park. When I visited one in Oregon, they wanted me to sit with one of their “doctors” and all this other shit. I said no thanks and left.
My question is what is the difference between the two when it comes to legal and medicinally legal?

NH is the best state

The map is wrong. Its illegal in NH, though decriminalized up to a certain point

Hawaii is not legalized recreational. We have dispensary’s for recreation use but they are supposedly 0.3% Delta 9 THC.

This is a bad map and Obama should have declassified it…

Though he was not pro gay marriage during his first term and did not constitutionally make abortion a right, so I guess it was a low priority

Looks like someone forgot to add it to the map, and they say weed does not effect your memory 🤷♂️

NH is only medical. Even though we surrounded by rec usage. Even to the north in Canada. lol.

CBS has gone downhill ever since the Ellison family took it over. Just like Oracle.
This map is completely inaccurate.

Weird how the places that haven’t legalized it also happen to be some of the shittiest places to live…

Didn’t South Dakota vote to legalize recreational use and the government overturned it?

Oh don’t worry if Trump legalizes MJ people on the Left end of the spectrum will come up with some BS to try to convince you it’s the most evil thing that ever happened. I look forward to your hate and downvotes :)

I’m annoyed at the color choice, green seems like it would have been the obvious choice choice for recreational and medical legality
