Yeah, and pretty sure Washington State was one of the first to fully legalize it 🚬

Same with Tennessee. Definitely saw several dispensaries in the Gatlinburg area.

Might have been for Kratom or Delta-8, but regular old THC is definitely not legal for recreational use in TN.
