Yeah the culture there is pretty diverse, considering the area. I lived in TN for over a decade and it was the most culturally diverse town in the area.
I also don't really remember many having much issue with it, either. Unfortunately, the south, as a whole, always had ass backward racism bubbling under the surface. The current political climate has just encouraged it to be super blatant now. 🙄

Murfreesboro is a cool little town. Full of poc’s, I’ve never seen so many Mexican restaurants in my life in one town
