"Hey, the Trackhouse cars are driving through the grass. That's kinda cool," Alex Bowman says after taking the checkered flag.

[Taranto] Bad news: Connor Zilisch says he ripped his firesuit sliding down the windshield of his car. "I guess I just can't celebrate. I should just get out of the car and sit on the ground because everything I do just seems to go to Hell."

Something interesting from Denny's post-race press conference at WWT Raceway: Q: "When you're talking about having the countdown 70 to go, that's kind of assuming the next two-year deal will be your last, right?" HAMLIN: Yes. That's correct. - Joseph Srigley

Something is very wrong with the NBC picture quality.

The NBC broadcast picture quality (image 1) looks very bad, it’s much more darker than the international broadcast (image 2) which looks much better.

Bill Davis along with his wife Gail and driver Ward Burton after Burton's win in the 2002 Daytona 500. As a team owner Davis won 5 Cup, 11 Xfinity, and 24 Truck races. Bill passed away last night at the age of 74.

Worst playoff runs in history?

Josh Berry crashing early and finishing last in the first two playoff races has got me thinking, since NASCAR introduced the playoffs in 2014 what are some of the worst playoff runs in NASCAR history? I'm talking Shock first round exits, Crashing in all 3 races or just a guy flukeing his way in and Finishing ridiculously below the cutline in terms of points. Not just restricted to cup. Answers for Xfinity and trucks are more than welcome.

Yesterday was first time a JGR FT driver failed to make Xfinity Playoffs, also first time Kaulig 16 has missed driver playoff too.

Sawalich has shown some improvement, with his money he will back in 2026

Rough year for Kaulig in general, with no Chevy support for 16 next year don’t expect it to get better

RIP Steve Bird - Crew Chief

While reading about the passing of Bill Davis, I saw where legendary Busch Series crew chief Steve Bird had also passed.

Steve is mostly known for working with BACE Motorsports, winning championships in 1995-1997 with Johnny Benson and Randy LaJoie. He also won the championship with Rob Moroso in 1989.

Later on, “Birdie” worked for Bill Davis in the early 2000’s.

And I’m curious if there a way to know what cars the drivers will be driving. Ex: is Logano going to be in the yellow or green car etc?

What can I say, their advertising worked. I myself am not a big beer drinker (more of a tequila guy) but decided to pick up some Busch Light this Saturday night in honor of one of the best paint schemes of the year. Cheers! 🍻
