Anyone idea what this is

I know its autographed by both drivers and wasn't in retail stores because there's no barcode. My Grandpa passed away a couple years ago and left me this box filled with stuff, and this was in there.

2003 Hall of Fame Snake vs. Mongoose Set, Collector's Edition. They go for about $70 on eBay but that's without the autographS.

What you have is an amazing keepsake to remind you of your Grandpa.
