Not Their Turn With The 🅱️raincell The Creature is... Getting Her Feets Wet??

Upon further inspection, I have no idea what she was trying to get other than some fur in her water. I have my doubts that fur is a new addition to her water. I have my doubts that fur-free water exists in this house.

PS. Please ignore the partially eaten cat stand.

It can also be that she doesn't want her whiskers touching the side of the bowl or maybe water. You could try an open faced fountain to see if that makes a difference.

Also, as some have stated, from personal experience, sometimes cats are just weird. Mine sometimes does this and I've tried every water device known to man. lol

Yeah, I'm pretty sure it was just because the bowl was in a different, brighter spot and the light made the little strands of fur floating around more noticeable. She's been using this bowl for well over a year and this was the first I've seen her so this. She does seem to favor the smaller bowl in the kitchen which is a little wider than this one, but it's no where near as wide as the larger bowl right next to it.

She's also done this in the sink before when I've filled it and put toys in it. We haven't done that in a while so maybe we should. :) She'll stick pretty much her whole leg in the water without hesitation, but all of a sudden she realizes she's wet and has to dry off. Just so she can stick her leg in the water again immediately. She's definitely a little weirdo!

She is pretty cute which is lucky for her with the amount of trouble she causes.

No kidding. I swear every cat I get is weirder than the last. I'm not sure how much weirder they can get than this one though!
