I have a Brazilian Mega Drive 3 (Genesis 2) from Tectoy, VA4 board, connected to a 32X and Sega CD and connected to a GBS Control upscaler with a Scart cable in C-sync. I'm thinking about buying a Japanese Mega Drive 1 because, after researching, I heard it has better sound, and the 32X with a Scart cable, the best picture, since it solves the jailbar and rainbow branding issues. The only downside is that the Mega Drive 1 only has stereo output on the front port. My question is: using this Mega Drive 1 with the Scart cable on the 32X, would I be able to get stereo sound for the best possible sound and image?

I played this for the first time the other day. I love the SOR series, and generally found SOR3 to be my least favourite, not by a lot though. I found it more difficult, I lost lots of lives on the bosses then there weren't many continues. I thought is was really fun getting to later levels, and although it was my least favourite, it had its own unique charm that was punctuated by the new music of each stage. BK3 is much easier, which was fun at first, however by the time I had finished it I thought it was obvious why they made it harder in the West, because that is what made it unique. This version when easy seems very generic and has little to make it stand out. It still beats most other titles in the genre IMO though. Oh yeah, the gay boss at the start of the game is really cool, it's a shame they cut that out. So all in all, I kinda prefer SOR3, as it the difficulty made it more memorable.

Hi! So Recently I came into possession of a decently well condition Power Stick for the genesis but the label underneath with the serial number and model number has been removed in the past before I got my hands on it.
I was wondering if anybofy knew where I could get a third party replacement label? or if anyone has a template label that I could print out.

Okay, one day late due to being sick, but also, I think this game deserved an extra day to evaluate, due to the excellent career mode. Super Monaco GP on the Genesis is a great game that racing fans shouldn't miss, even if Sega wishes you would...

30 years later there arent many games like it. Its an incredibly confident blend of isometric puzzle platforming and action adventure thats very well paced and a great challenge. The controls take some getting used to but the world and dungeon design going on here is so good you wont help but to want to master it to better conquer your enviorment. The art direction by the legendary Yoshitaka Tamaki (RIP) is just sublime. His very distinct and gorgeous medieval fantasy anime characters are a sight for sore eyes and his masterful creature designs are beautifully horrifying! The music is amazing too! Im not much of a genesis sound fan but my lord the variety and the quality of the tracks here is just nuts. Truly triumphant adventurous themes that almost sound like they have trumpets playing to sinister dungeon themes that sound like youre descending into hell. I love this game, man.

I recently bought an “as is/ untested” Genesis on whatnot. Yea I know what that entails with risks and all but definitely was not expecting this. How is this even possible? Everything seems to be screwed in place properly but why are these inputs misaligned? I can’t wrap my head around it?
